What is Braid Box by Erin?

Braid Box by Erin is a braiding kit you receive monthly. It contains one of a kind accessories, must have tools and products, plus a link to step-by-step videos to show you how to put it all together.

How does a Braid Box by Erin subscription work? 

Once subscribed, every month I will send you a fun, seasonal braid kit I personally designed. The kit ships at the end of each month (25th-28th). Customers are charged on the 5th of every month for the following month’s box. For example, you will be charged on January 5th for your February Braid box. (Your February box will be shipped during the last week of January.)

What's in my box each month?

Each month you will receive a curated kit of fun seasonal hair accessories along with the tools and products to use them.  You will also receive a link to a free video tutorial to show you step-by-step how to recreate that months hairstyle.

How much does everything cost?

Subscriptions start at $19.99 per month plus $5.00 for Domestic shipping. International shipping varies, and will show in your cart before you purchase. 

How do I join?

You can click here to subscribe or click on "subscribe" in the menu bar.

I have two daughters. Can I subscribe twice?

Yes, when you are going through the subscription process you can choose how many sets you want each month.

When can I expect my first shipment?

If you subscribed before the 25th of the month, your first shipment will be the 25th – 28th of that month. If you subscribed after the 25th of the month your first shipment will be the 25th – 28th of the following month. Once your package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Are the Braid Boxes only available through subscription?

Yes, we only offer our boxes as part of a subscription. All subscriptions are month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time.

Can I try just one box?

We don't sell boxes outside of a subscription, but all subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Please note that you must cancel before the 4th of the month in order to not receive another box. If you cancel after the 4th, you will receive one more box.

MY SUBSCRIPTION

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can log into your account and edit your email under "account settings."

Can I customize my shipment?

All subscribers receive the same Braid Box kit each month. 

Can I have multiple braid subscriptions under one account?

Yes, you can have more than one subscription on your account. This works great if you want to ship to more than one address. If you just want multiple sets of boxes, you can add-on to a single subscription.

Help! I forgot my email.

No worries! Email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com with your name and address and we will be able to help you out.

How do I change my address?

You can update your address by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under "shipping address." Your address needs to be updated by the 20th of the month to guarantee your next shipment is delivered to the updated address.

How can I reactivate my account?

You can reactivate your subscription any time by logging back into your account and clicking "reactivate" under "your subscriptions."

Help! I forgot my password.

No worries! Click "forgot your password" where you normally log in. Just enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password. If you need additional help, please email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com.

How can I update/change my subscription?

You can easily update your subscription by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under "your subscriptions.” Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the popup to ensure your preferences are updated. You will always receive an email confirming your changes. If you are updating your subscription AFTER the 4th of the month you will receive one more shipment. Your changes will go into effect following your next renewal. Please see the 'Cancellations' section below if you would like to cancel your subscription.

Can I return my order?

Because our boxes are seasonal, we don't offer returns. If there is a problem with your box or you are unhappy please email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com so we can get you taken care of!

Help! Some of the items in my box arrived damaged.

I'm so sorry your box arrived damaged! Please email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com so we can get replacements shipped out right away.


SHIPPING:

Where's my Braid Box?

Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take around 7 business days before it arrives for domestic shipments and 2-3 weeks if being shipped international.

When will my box ship?

We ship subscriptions the 25th – 28th of each month.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info there.

Can I get my monthly shipment sooner?

We send all monthly shipments at the same time each month. 

My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?

Packages can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. It's completely normal for a package to go a few days without an update to the tracking. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can help.

My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We see a lot of packages show up a day or two after it's been marked delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com so we can help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Choose your country when checking out and we'll ship out your box along with everyone else's at the end of each month.

When will my braid box ship?

Our shipping window is the 25th – 28th of each month. As soon as your package ships you will receive an email within 24 hours with tracking info.

How do orders ship?

We ship through USPS for domestic orders.

How much is shipping each month?

Domestic shipping and handling is $5.00 per month. International shipping varies, and will show on your cart before you purchase.

BILLING:

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will I be charged?

You are charged as soon as you sign up and on the 5th of every month going forward. If you sign up after that month's cut off date (usually the 25th or 26th), your box will be shipped the following month and you will not be charged on the coming 5th.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your payment info anytime by logging into your account, clicking "edit" under credit card, replacing your existing information, and clicking save.

Can I change my monthly billing date?

No, every renewal happens on the 5th of each month.

I received an email that you weren't able to process my payment. What do I do?

This means your payment did not go through and your subscription was unable to renew. To fix this problem you need to log into your account and update your billing information. If you continue to receive the email after your payment information is updated, please email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com so we can help.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

You can only remove your payment method after your subscription has been cancelled. If you need help removing your payment method while your subscription is active please email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com.


CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under your subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom and you select "cancel subscription." Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the popup to ensure your subscription is cancelled. Please note:  You must cancel by the 4th of the month to not receive the following shipment. If you cancel AFTER the 4th you will receive one more shipment. You will always receive an email confirming your changes.

Can I place my subscription on hold?

We currently don't have a way to put your subscription on hold. You can, however, SKIP boxes. 

How do I Skip a box?

Log into your account and click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the "Your Subscription" area on the left. Click on the "Skip Next Renewal" button right under the "Edit Your Subscription" page title. You will always receive an email confirming your changes. Email us at info@braidboxbyerin.com if you would like assistance with this. 


COUPONS

How do I use my coupon?

You can redeem your coupon at checkout. The coupon box is located on left hand side toward the bottom of the page.

Help! I have two coupons but only one is working.

You can only use one coupon per order.

What is your return policy?
